My name is Sulmi Rubenstein-Markiewicz, I am a Guatemalan adoptee from San Francisco, and I am looking for participants for my senior thesis! 

Research question: I am studying how living in New York City has impacted transracial adoptees and their processes of identity formation in relation to race, ethnicity, and culture. Further, I am studying how understanding transracial adoptee experiences spatially can help figure this out.

Participants: People who live/have lived in New York City or the tri-state area. And adoptees whose adoptive parents are of a different racial or ethnic background as them (transracial). Participation would include a mapping activity and an interview or survey afterward.
